The milestones in the history of OSF Global Services.

• 1999 - Hit Soft is founded to shortly become a successful offshore service provider
• 2001 - Hit Soft is recognized as Microsoft Certified Partner
• 2003 - Outsourcing Factory acquires Hit Soft to expand the company's success in a broader area of IT services and to upgrade the operations to a whole new level.
• 2006 - Pictas Interactive spins off to become a independent interactive media company
• 2007 - Company's processes and delivery models are certified through ISO9001:2000 service delivery quality standard
• 2007 - 45 projects successfully delivered for 35+ clients  in 17 countries
• 2007 - over 70 employees
• 2008 - Outsourcing Factory achieves the Microsoft Certified Gold Partner status, the highest level within the Microsoft certification program
• 2008 - The company acquires new major clients on the West Coast of the United States
• 2009 - Outsourcing Factory Inc. changes its name to OSF Global Services
• 2009 - We renewed our ISO 9001:2000 certification, making it ISO 9001:2008
• 2009 - OSF Global Services acquires CMI Technologies, a U.S.-based leader of website coding service offerings under the brand CodeMyIMAGE.com.
