The GiveBeauty.com website was designed to make gift giving a more pleasant experience for consumers who wanted to purchase gift cards related to the beauty industry. The site boasts a national network of beauty salons, spas, masseuses and other leisure destinations.

Problem

Approximately two thirds of today’s consumers are actively buying gift cards, particularly for the holidays. To encourage subscriptions and purchases online, users must have an easy and quick way to purchase a gift card using a credit card.

Solution 

The OSF Global Services team developed specialized online functionality to support the client’s needs. An online application manages credit card processing, gift card processing, fees and integration between vendors and the merchant billing system. Customers can also activate, redeem and reload gift cards easily and immediately. And they can access program activity reports through a secure web-based interface to show transactions.
