Integrated NetSuite CRM to improve service management

This Canadian start-up provides online backup solutions for file storage and protection. Its solution offers various subscription plans that are based on the backup space and features required by each customer.
Problem
The company wanted to implement a CRM solution that would ensure better service management of subscription plans, integrated processes and accurate reporting. As part of that solution, the company also wanted to develop a website that would serve as a marketing interface and portal for customers’ data – and could be integrated into the CRM solution.
Solution
OSF specialists analyzed the entire process flow and successfully customized and implemented a NetSuite CRM solution. The team also developed a flexible Windows Azure-based application that worked as a gate for all communication processes. The customer website developed by OSF was hosted on this Windows Azure platform, and the main system of record used the SQL Azure database. The OSF team also created an innovative way to integrate the application with the Facebook platform to help the company facilitate customers’ access to files via their Facebook account.
Results
The NetSuite CRM integration has helped this client deliver faster services to its subscribers, improve customer satisfaction and create more efficient internal reporting process. The client now has an application that offers increased scalability capabilities due to the cloud technologies used. And the innovative Facebook integration solution has opened up access to a large pool of potential clients for the company.
