The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) is the leading professional association of the technology services industry. Its members include services executives, managers and professionals representing the world’s leading enterprise and consumer technology companies, as well as small and midsize businesses.

Problem

TSIA conducts member surveys that are focused on the current technology services landscape. It needed to optimize the process of generating and sending these surveys, and simplify the way companies responded.

Solution 

The OSF team created a web-based application that addressed the dual needs of TSIA. The back-end component allows TSIA’s research team to create surveys with multiple modules, sub-modules and question types targeted at different audiences without assistance from its IT support staff. The front-end application lets survey participants respond via a simple web-based interface that allows them to save partially completed surveys and complete them at a later date, print survey responses and view completed surveys.

Results

Member companies are pleased with the user-friendly application developed by OSF; and it has enabled TSIA to achieve its goal of organizing and simplifying the entire survey process.
