Problem
The company wanted to maximize the functionality and performance of its cloud environment to better support future business growth. At the same time, the company had to integrate its CRM and ERP platforms to ensure a seamless experience for its customers, while providing closed loop lead-to-cash management.
Solution
The OSF Global Services team implemented IntacctMax, an application that integrates Salesforce CRM with Intacct for complete lead-to-cash management. Completing this phase of the project required close collaboration with the client to ensure the technical implementation and features of the application matched the company’s internal processes. OSF then integrated the client’s Intacct ERP platform with its Salesforce CRM solution, which included configuring each platform’s layout and customizing the Salesforce CRM application to meet the client’s specific needs.
Results
The automation of the lead-to-cash process has boosted employee productivity across the company’s marketing, sales and finance departments by providing real-time information. In addition, the customized solution has helped the client improve billing accuracy, reduce revenue leakage, increase cross-functional collaboration, and enhance contract management.
