Responsibilities:

  • »   Support of Sales Director by cold / warm calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

    »   Support of the Marketing Director by qualifing all the leads resulted from the marketing campaigns

    »   Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through effective communications designed to increase customer interest in company’s services and products

    »   First point of contact in responding to and qualifying incoming web and phone inquiries regarding OSF commerce products and services

    »   Manage a list of leads from early stage contact, through the engagement cycle until an Opportunity is created for sales

    »   Research target accounts and leverage social channels and various strategic campaigns to create engagement strategy

    »   Connect with prospects using email, phone, video, and social media

    »   Ensure follow-up by creating tasks, meetings, completing account information, keeping the CRM system always up-to-date

    »   Pro-active lead sourcing, identification of measurable and qualified new business opportunities

    »   Market and competitive watching and provision of these relevant insights to the sales team

    »   Research and selection of target segment for sales campaigns

    »   Execution of sales campaign

    »   Create weekly and monthly reports

    »   Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly goals

Requirements:

  • »   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telesales and lead generation

    »   Previous experience in IT industry and SaaS solutions

    »   Self-motivated with strong communication skills

    »   Strong sales talent who enjoys telephone sales and servicing customers

    »   Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals in a fast-paced environment

    »   A self-organised, pro-active team player

    »   Native or fluent English language (verbally and written)

    »   Experience retail in retail and B2B would be desirable

    »   In depth user knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be desirable
