Responsibilities:

  • »  Critically understanding clients' operations and systems

    »  Analyze business requirements and determine potential solutions by testing them for technical and business compatibility

    »  Conduct requirements review sessions with business users and SMEs

    »  Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility

    »  Provide multiple alternatives by presenting creative and different approaches in solving business needs

    »  Prioritize features, define project scope and identify risks

    »  Understand the business needs and identify new business opportunities and capabilities

    »  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations

    »  Work closely with different internal teams and other parties

    »  Keep a constant positive connection with the client

Requirements:

  • »  University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering

    »  2+ years direct work experience in an Account Management/Business Analyst role, including all aspects of process development and execution

    »  Demonstrated experience of working in retail industry, with exposure to ERP/ OMS platforms

    »  Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

    »  Fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • »  Experience in working with customers from Retail sector

    »  Experience in working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud(formerly known as Demandware)

    »  Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Strategist certification will definitely be a plus

    »  Experience in working on global eCommerce projects.

Personal skills:

  • »  Possess excellent communication skills

    »  Other European Languages would be a plus (French, German, Spanish, Russian)
