Responsibilities

  • »   Hold workshops with the client to elicit project specifications (primarily based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

  • »   Ask specific questions to gain more detail, reduce ambiguity, and confirm the intention of the requirements

  • »   Determine the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility

  • »   Document functional specifications in detail, Japanese & English, and gain sign off from stakeholders

  • »   Prioritize features, define project scope and identify risks

  • »   Prepare supporting artifacts such as matrices or flow charts to aid comprehension of the requirements

  • »   Work with the project manager, solutions architect, developer, and other team members to gather any additional information or to answer questions

  • »   Maintain updated functional requirements documents to document changes in scope

  • »   Assist the sales team on pre-sales opportunities by participating in pre-sales meetings and analyzing RFP documentation

  • »   Assist internal projects related to process improvement, product development, etc

  • »   Become trained on Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and common implementation scenarios

  • »   Keep a constant positive connection with the client

Requirements:

  • »   University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering

  • »   2+ years direct work experience in an Account Management/Business Analyst role, including all aspects of process development and execution

  • »   Good understanding of web concepts, SEO, UI/UX

  • »   Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing

  • »   Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus
