Car manufacturer to improve processes through automation, information integration
CRM technology services provider OSF Global Services announced today the launch of its new partnership with automobile manufacturer, Nissan Brazil.
Nissan Brazil, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, has a highly complex dealer incentives management process, where a significant number of manual tasks is required to plan, deploy and control dealer campaigns.
Nissan Brazil chose OSF Global Services to simplify this process using the Salesforce CRM platform. OSF Global Services provides a full suite of CRM implementation, customization and consulting services to a variety of companies around the world.
With the new technology, Nissan Brazil’s business rules will be automated, and information will be integrated automatically to other administrative and commercial systems, thus improving Nissan’s dealer incentives management process.
