Job Description:

  • »   Responsible of hiring and pre-hiring activities and documents with a focus on labor contracts for LATAM employees

    »   Offer suggestions and ideas to adapt and improve the Global procedures so to be in line with the local regulations

    »   Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment

    »   Manage internal HR documents: collective agreement, etc.

    »   Keep in contact with employees by having periodical discussions, using satisfaction surveys so to be up to date with their motivational level and maximize staff retention

    »   Perform administrative activities related to employees’ benefits

    »   Work closely with legal and payroll specialist

    »   Provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to employees’ benefits, leave days, etc.

    »   Act as a liaison between Project Managers, HR team and Operations Director in order to have a smooth communication and resolution of any challenges

    »   Maintain employee records and ensure they are kept accurate and up-to-date

    »   Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

  • »   3+ years’ previous experience in HR administrative

    »   Good knowledge of local labor regulations, both from legal and payroll perspective

    »   Open minded and results oriented

    »   Ability to create close relationships with the employees and management

    »   Able to work independently and multitasking

    »   Very good organizational skills

    »   Good level of English – both written and verbally

    »   Good knowledge of Excel

    »   Previous experience in working in a multicultural organization is a plus
