  • »   Assist in developing appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization. Included in this area would be programs for employee relocation, employee complaints and career development, among others

    »   Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance

    »   Analyze company’s on-boarding and exit processes and procedure to suggest improvements

    »   Assist the payroll and benefits department in correction discrepancies

    »   Support employees with benefits, payroll, and other HR-related questions

    »   Recognize, anticipate and appropriately handle labor disputes in a rational, balanced, fair and effective manner, ensure legal compliance according to the local regulations

    »   In a collaborative environment, define/redefine best human development practices that supports productivity and encompassing business needs

    »   Contribute to talent development initiatives, including succession planning for people from assigned territories

    »   Work closely with HR manager and other company’s key stakeholders to implement and enforce HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization


  • »   Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources leadership experience within an IT company, including recent experience supporting a multi-business, global matrix organization

    »   Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field

    »   Good knowledge of labor and employment laws in USA/ Canada

    »   Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite

    »   Demonstrate an ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex people-oriented business challenges

    »   Enjoy engaging with and supporting people

    »   Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both strategic and hands on work

    »   Strict ability to maintain confidentiality

    »   Fluency in English
