Responsibilities:

  • »   Monitor the internal system for tickets assigned to the queue and process them based on priority

  • »   Conduct technical support calls and provide guidance to company’s employees

  • »   Trouble shoot and resolve end user operating system and software related problems

  • »   Perform security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts, monitoring and managing system resources

  • »   Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

  • »   Maintain inventory of all equipment , software and software licenses for designated area

  • »   Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

  • »   Malware/Virus/Spyware Removal

  • »   Ensure full compliance with all IT and business processes

Requirements:

  • »   Previous IT Helpdesk experience is essential

  • »   Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment installation and repair

  • »   Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS

  • »   Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

  • »   Must be customer service focused

  • »   Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with all internal departments

  • »   Quick thinking, ability to troubleshoot and resolve programming related problems
