Your responsibilities:

  • »   Lead and seek the alignment of the team (monitoring, feedback, conflict resolution)

    »   Evaluate the professionals of your team (development of competencies, fulfillment of roles and responsibilities, compliance with service standards, etc.)

    »   Identify needed resources by evaluating the teams’ availability and skills matrix and carrying out surveys regarding the needs of hiring new professionals

    »   Keep the Business Unit informed about the capacity of the operational team to deliver new projects and services

    »   Identify the best match resources available for project needs and organize the operational team by formalizing the designed structure

    »   Perform adjustments and formalize the changes made to the operational team in order to increase the delivery capacity

    »   Analyze projects with particular cases, helping teams to solve existing problems when necessary

    »   Keep a constant communication with the customers, analyze their requests and provide solutions

    »   Monitor and analyze the results indicators of the area and support the definition of strategies to improve results (Perform Strategic Planning, define Action Plans, etc.)

Skill set:

  • »   Must have good experience with agile software development

    »   Previous experience in a similar role

    »   Good communication skills

    »   Results orientated

    »   Advanced knowledge in Portuguese and English
