Responsibilities:

  • »  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

  • »  Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies

  • »  Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects

  • »  Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities to team members

  • »  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations

  • »  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas

  • »  Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans

  • »  Act as a liaison with other team members and managers to optimize resource utilization as to ensure effective and efficient project delivery

  • »  Ensure that the projects meet delivery schedules

  • »  Send reports on tasks/project status to top management

  • »  Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately

Requirements:

  • »  Previous direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of software process development and execution

  • »  Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a big advantage

  • »  Familiar with key software development terms – e.g. web services, API, integrations, etc.

  • »  Good understanding of retail business

  • »  Very good English skills both written and verbal

  • »  Flexible and willing to learn and research new things

  • »  Able to work independently and without constant guidance
