Responsibilities:

  • »  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;

    »  Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies;

    »  Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects;

    »  Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities to team leaders for their teams;

    »  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;

    »  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas;

    »  Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans;

    »  Send reports on tasks/project status to top management;

    »  Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately;;

    »  Critically understanding clients' operations and systems;

    »  Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief;

    »  Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive;

    »  Presenting solutions to the client;

    »  Visiting client on-site for proposals and requirements meetings;

    »  Keep a constant positive connection with the client;

Skill set:

  • »  University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering;

    »  2+ years direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution;

    »  Previous experience in a BA/ PM or Consultant role;

    »  Excellent customer facing skills;

    »  Good understanding of web concepts, SEO, UI/UX;

    »  Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing);

    »  Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus;

    »  Fluency in English and Spanish;

    »  French native speaker;
