Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • »  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;

    »  Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination

    »  Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects;

    »  Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities

    »  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;

    »  Deliver periodically reports on project KPIs to top management

    »  Deliver projects within the organizational defined KPIst

    »  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas;

    »  Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans;

    »  Send reports on tasks/project status to top management;

    »  Visiting client on-site for proposals and requirements meetings;

    »  Keep a constant positive connection with the client.

Skill set:

  • »  Fluency in French and English

    »  University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering

    »  2+ years direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution

    »  Previous experience in a BA/ PM or Consultant role is an advantage

    »  Excellent customer facing skills

    »  Good understanding of online and enterprise IT ecosystems

    »  Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing

    »  Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus

    »  Experience in delivering consumer digital projects

    »  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and within a virtual organization.
