  • »  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

    »  Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies

    »  Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects

    »  Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities to team leaders for their teams

    »  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations

    »  Deliver periodically reports on project KPIs to top management

    »  Deliver projects within the organizational defined KPIs

    »  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

    »  Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans

    »  Send reports on tasks/project status to top management

    »  Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately

    »  Critically understanding clients' operations and systems

    »  Translating requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief

    »  Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive

    »  Presenting solutions to the client

    »  Visiting client on-site for proposals and requirements meetings

    »  Keep a constant positive connection with the client

Skill set:

  • »  University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Economics and/or Engineering

    »  2+ years direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution

    »  Previous experience in a BA/ PM or Consultant role

    »  Excellent customer facing skills

    »  Good understanding of web concepts

    »  Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing

    »  Experience with ecommerce, web applications and high traffic websites is a plus

    »  Fluency in English
