Responsibilities:

  • »  Analyze and clarify software testable requirements & parameters

    »  Develop testing programs and strategies, artifacts (plans, cases, suites, plans, stories, scenarios, scripts, or procedures), test approach and identify the applicable test techniques

    »  Monitor software test preparation, data creation and environments preparation

    »  Implement static & dynamic, black box tests against various requirements, on different levels and different types, techniques and tactics

    »  Analyze test data in relation with quality/requirements and identify differences

    »  Log test results using bug tracking system/traceability matrix; document test procedures; review software documentation

    »  Replicate unwanted software behaviors, identifies the most likely causes after isolation of specific functionality; eliminates errors / inconsistencies; retest; monitor bug lifecycle; recommend solutions

    »  Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems; propose diverse optimizations, tests to prevent software unwanted behaviors, risks

    »  Implement monitoring and continuous testing activities depending on project scope

    »  Reports on issue, KPIs, risks

    »  Enforce best practices, procedures, alignment of requirements, development and tests

    »  Support management of projects with estimates, scope decomposition, releases, monitoring and controlling

    »  Offer consultancy, teammates support, implement training on site and mentoring to newcomers

    »  Implement performance management activities (scope, feedback, reviews, responsibilities, staffing, and task distribution)

    »  Support presales process with estimates, demos, CR issues and feedback

Requirements:

  • »  Computer science fundamentals

    »  Good knowledge of testing process

    »  Problem solving skills

    »  Excellent communication skills

    »  Previous experience in using testing tools as Jira, Testlink, Chrome dev tools, Photoshop basic etc.

    »  Good level of English writing and speaking

    »  Development tools & technologies(HTML, CSS basic) will be a plus

    »  Previous experience with E-commerce will be a plus
