Responsibilities:

  • »  Perform quality assurance testing

    »  Perform functional and non-functional testing, integration

    »  Responsible for designing test cases and formulating structured test strategies

    »  Execute test cases

    »  Create or follow test plans

    »  Review functional requirements and clarify those in case of any queries

    »  Work closely with BA/Development team on requirement clarification

    »  Finding issues and report them using software tools for testing and bug tracking (JIRA)

    »  Test software releases and developer fixes

    »  Provide feedback to software development team on defects

    »  Follow the Processes defined at project/Organization level

    »  Take ownership in delivering the quality output on the work assigned

    »  Deal with multiple projects depending on the needs

    »  Prepare Test reports as and when required

    »  Involved in all phases (includes UAT/Warranty) of the Project

Requirements:

  • »  Knowledge of testing Web applications and CRM product, API & Databases

    »  Experience in software testing

    »  Experience in all phases of the QA cycle (e.g. requirements analysis, test case identification, test scripts authoring, execution, defect tracking, status, reporting of results)

    »  Experience using XML, JavaScript, Photoshop is a plus

    »  HTML knowledge

    »  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    »  Have a good working attitude

    »  Excellent oral & written communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • »  Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience or ecommerce experience

    »  Experience with automated testing tools at both the API and UI level

    »  Experience working in an Agile development environment

    »  Previous programming or white box testing experience.
