Responsabilities:

Team management:

  • »   Develop and maintain team Recruiting Plans

    »   Work with the Recruiting Team to define roles and select best suited candidates

    »   Work with the Delivery Managers to develop assignment plans based on project needs

    »   Develop and maintain forecast reports for resource utilization

    »   Manage vacations and availability

    »   Work with the Talent Management Department to develop and maintain career plans for team members

    »   Involved in team member assessments and promotions

Project Delivery:

  • »   Supervise the Quality Control activities delivered by the team members

    »   Define standards and quality objectives for projects, QA teams

    »   Supervise that procedures, methodologies used are consistent and compliant with the organization policies

    »   Define specific procedures\exceptions when projects require this

    »   Deliver periodical Quality reports for projects in portfolio

    »   Maintain a "Health Dashboard" for the projects in portfolio

    »   Maintain an "Innovation Dashboard" for QA related projects

    »   Create and monitor the implementation of Quality Improvement Plans when necessary

    »   Define Recovery Plans where necessary

Innovation:

  • »   Identify pain points and suggest and implement innovative solution

    »   Create ROI and Cost\Benefit analysis for the proposed innovations

    »   Develop a "continuous improvement" mindset inside the team

    »   Act as the owner of the innovation projects affecting the QA team and processes in general

    »   Test, pilot and recommend implementation of new tools

    »   Test, pilot and recommend implementation\changes of procedures\methodologies.
