Responsibilities:

  • »  Understand and communicate business requirements, goals and project success criteria

    »  Analyze and document current and future process flows

    »  Analyze business requirements and determine potential solutions by testing them for technical and business compatibility

    »  Conduct requirements review sessions with business users and SMEs

    »  Provide guidance and articulate improvements on the current business processes

    »  Provide multiple alternatives by presenting creative and different approaches in solving business needs

    »  Sell ideas to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business

    »  Perform demonstrations of solutions to clients

    »  Participate in complete pre-sales and implementation processes by driving the project from design through deployment phases

    »  Developing projects feasibility reports and presenting solutions to the customers

    »  Offer support in prioritizing features, defining project scope and identifying risks

    »  Manage project scope and users’ expectations

    »  Understand the business needs and identify new business opportunities and capabilities

    »  Work closely with different internal teams and other parties

    »  Prepare customers’ training plans and conduct trainings

    »  Keeping a constant and positive contact with the customers

Requirements:

  • »  Order Management experience in working with Sterling OMS is required

    »  Bachelor's degree

    »  Minimum 5 years' experience in an Business Analyst/ Consultant role within IT field

    »  Demonstrated experience of working in retail industry, with exposure to Order Management Systems

    »  Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

    »  Fluency in English
