Responsibilities:

  • »   Train new hired employees on specific technologies used in the company

  • »   Conduct periodical evaluations on trainees’ activity and make recommendations

  • »   Work closely with project managers, mentors, team leaders and HR Buddies in order to ensure trainees’ fast progress

  • »   Organize webinars on different technical topics dedicated to all employees

  • »   Document the training process and update it continuously

  • »   Manage the training programs for different technologies and career paths

  • »   Maintain the training knowledge database with the latest materials

  • »   Work closely with various Managers to identify the gaps and find solutions for training to cover those gaps

  • »   Participate in special training projects, as required

Requirements:

  • »   IT faculty graduate

  • »   Teaching or coaching experience (university teaching experience is a plus)

  • »   Web programming experience on frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (any web language like PHP, .NET, etc.)

  • »   Excellent spoken and written English skills

  • »   Excellent pedagogical skills

  • »   Excellent communication skills

  • »   Multi-tasking person

  • »   Willing to learn

  • »   Patience in training people

  • »   Excellent team player

  • »   Good attention to details

  • »   Patience

  • »   Flexible and adaptive
