  • »   Manage the day-to-day operation of the website ensuring appropriate site navigation, filtering, category management, and product assortment for optimal customer discoverability, purchase path flow and product positioning

    »   Analyze sales and site funnel data to determine and understand customer engagement by online sales channel, product category, and page level information

    »   Deep understanding of Key KPI metrics relevant to platform use

    »   Develop improved pricing, merchandise and promotional strategies by collaborating within ecommerce team

    »   Understanding and mapping feeds regarding content, pricing, data that updates the environment instance

    »   Analyze homepage content, landing pages, and category pages and make sure that these are in line with the brand and site priorities

    »   Leverage the platform capabilities to optimize site search, promotional experiences and to A/B test various UX/UI configuration for maximal site output

    »   Participate in user research/testing to align on goals and understand customer needs and views of brand sites

    »   Work closely with ecommerce team to ensure that marketing tactics (email, SEM, Affiliates etc.) are aligned with product and sales strategies

    »   Work with IT and other key stakeholders to implement processes and structure for on-line purchases

    »   Work with IT development to ensure proper usage of deployments and utilizing all capabilities regarding templates and other storefront integration

    »   Plan and develop strategies to continuously improve and optimize the online experience

    »   Maintain advanced knowledge of competition, emerging trends, and opportunities (act as “on-line store manager”)

    »   Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive significant sales growth


  • »   Relevant experience in Ecommerce with a good understanding of online shopping experiences and competitive landscaping

    »   Previous experience in delivering presentations, ideally in delivering trainings

    »   Good understanding of UX/ UI principles and their importance in eCommerce

    »   Good experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud

    »   Excellent English skills

    »   Knowledge of Japanese at a native level

    »   Results driven and motivated individual who takes initiative, with strong analytical skills
